ProjeQtOr is a Libre project, completely free of use.
So we distinguish Users, who use ProjeQtOr without have to request anything from us, and Customers who subscribed to services.
We have only 30 customers, so we can provide personalized services.
But we have more than 2200 users (instances installed for at least 2 versions) and 4000 registered users in the forum.

If you use only the community support, you won't get anyone on the phone becasue this support is provided only through the forum and without any response time commitment.
