Produce Magic Software FAQ

Produce Magic can be set up in as little as a few days (even a day!) to a few weeks depending on how much time the new customer needs for training, any conversion, and how much we are assisting the customer for set-up and how much customizing was requested for the start-up. We always start up by training the "Trainer/SysAdmin" online and giving all of the assistance needed/requested by the customer. While other items are being completed a 1-person station can be set up for the admin to get going. Then later we can set up the server(s) and help loading the PCs and Laptops. We work with IT departments as well as anyone who has a little bit of technical 'savvy' to get the job done onsite through the Internet. If you need us there, we'll be there. We give you all of the help you need!
