Presstimator

I use Pressimator to estimate costs and do budgetary hourly rates. I pay my employees hourly and so the software is of much help to me. It generates quotes and reports as well. If a customer changes her mind about her order, the software make the necessary changes and gives anew estimate.

The reporting feature is a little bit complex. I urge the company to improve it and make it easy to use. I have contacted their customer care support team severally and they are always quick to answer. I have not come across any major problem so far. It’s that good and its quality id superb.

The software features are easy to navigate and use. It deals with many job formats like sheet, tab, flexi, book, standard, and double parallel. I like the fact that it breaks the cost to categories. It estimates materials needed and time required for a specific task. It saves me time.
