PMAM CRM

Where do I start. A colleague of mine recommended them to me. Economical, easy to use, flexible etc..... Well, they are that and more. When I needed a similar solution at a new organization, I choose PMAM CRM again. Some basics, which are very important to me. Oniel my account manager (both times) is awesome. I am unable to say enough positive things about him. When I request customization to suit my needs. It happens, sometimes overnight!!! I must have made millions of modifications, no complaints from PMAM only results. To this day, I always feel that my concerns are treated with a priority (I think they treat everyone like this, but i don't know. Maybe I'm special... LOL). The system is easy to use, When I'm not sure how to do something, I ask and someone will call me and walk me through it. Truth is the system is very intuitive. I prefer to ask for help then rummage through all the available support. As a side note the mobile app works great also......

I wish could balance this review with negative criticism...... Truth is in both my experiences, my issues are minor and minimum. When I have a glitch someone from their team always rectifies the problem in a timely manner.
