What was the best part about using PipelineDeals?

Our organization has been using Pipeline since 2014 and we find it to be one of the best and reliable CRM systems in the market. The best part is it is very simple to setup and use and also it is very easy to train people because of the excellent training videos. It's ability to integrate with other systems is also seamless thus making our automation process efficient and simple. Above all, the customer service group at PipelineDeals are very good and resolve all issues with great determination and purpose.

What would you change about your experience with PipelineDeals?

The areas of improvement for PipleDeals can be the integration with google calendars, the functioning of 'search' options, customization of reports, and forecasting features. The workflow management can also be made little better along with improvements in billing and invoicing management. Also if there are duplicate entries in the system, there is only the manual delete option which sometimes gets very frustrating especially if we have long lists.

Overall Feedback

The greatest advantage of using Pipeline is that it is very simple ,easy to set up and use. Most of my colleagues took just a few hours to get used to the system and become organized with the events and tasks. I especially like the idea of adding notes from each contact from the client lists and keep in a single file on what was said, the queries posed, and the follow up. The piplelibe visualization is one of the best in the business.
