What I like best about PipelineDeals is that it is not over-complicated, does not require too much manual entry, is straightforward to use and helps us do what we need to do better. The service is great indeed as it offers live chat, email and live support instead of seeking out their knowledge base and do it yourself. Another feature that I like is the so-called the Morning Coffee Report to your email inbox which provides you an overview of the prior day’s progress and latest sales pipeline numbers so you know exactly how fast you are moving.

I think the pricing could possibly be more ranged so one gets a better deal when more users are active. I think it could be done more in that area, customers will be much more satisfied. That's only complaint i have about this software. Pricing. But of course there is a free trial so you can try.

There is a lot of competition in CRM market nowadays, but PipelineDeals has some features that appealed to me more. The customer service is one of them. If you call their number, you will get a patient, attentive, competent human being right away, with almost no waiting time, which is one of the company's priorities and is highly appreciative.
