Overall Pipneline offers a good features as compared with sales force it has very less features. It love of its is integrate with outlook. It will more help if they offer full features android app.every so often, it may be a little messy importing leads and contacts into Pipeline deals. It will more helpful if some video tutorial are available for understanding all features,
