They take on way too much then they can handle. Clients are often put on the back burner for months at a time. They are good at getting clients, but retaining them is very poor. (more)

They do things in house and out source to India. In house personnel are usually not knowledgeable and first year MCC students that list CSS as a programming language. (more)
