What was the best part about using PestPac?

they do have a lot of customization, but unfortunately it is useless because support is non existent.

What would you change about your experience with PestPac?

Their support is non existent. They have a chat line, but it has never been available in the 8 months I've used the service. You must use their email support which will take at least 3-4 days to get back to you if at all. If you click the "this is an emergency button" you MIGHT get a response in as little as two days, but don't hold your breath. If you call in to the office no one has a clue what is going on or to whom you should speak.

Overall Feedback

I wouldn't recommend this product to my competitors, it is that bad! I spent the majority of the last 8 months focusing on issues with pestpac instead of running my business.
