They helped me set it up at the studio and told me I could cancel at any time.
I would never have signed up in the first place, do not do business with them.
I will post this response on my face-book and I will bring it up in the next real estate association meeting, and I will post it in the chamber of conference news letter, I was told that I could cancel at anytime without penalty just by trying it out, I tried it and don't like it, now you want $500. I am not happy. John

We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your account. The cancellation procedure is outlined below:
All contracts are standard 3 year terms with 1 year auto renewals. Written notification from the account holder must be submitted to customer support in order to close the account. We do not accept electronic signatures or standard email requests. The closing letter can be scanned into an email and sent to
[email protected] or can be mailed to 729 Lambert Drive Atlanta, GA 30324 Attn: Retention Department.
Anniversary closings - submit a closing request no later than 30 days prior to contract end date, and no sooner than 90 days. This will prevent any auto renewals, and will close the account without any early termination fees. Current anniversary 03/16/2020.
Closing outside of contract end date - submit a closing request, and the account will be charged an early termination fee of $495*.
