What was the best part about using Paylocity?

Paylocity is a cloud based SaaS software. It is very good payroll solution for different kind of businesses. It offers lot of good features. Paylocity is fast, easy to use, convenient. It is quite intuitive and easy to set up. It has simple and effective user interface. It quite good platform and can be compared to Kronos, Valiant, and Silkroad. It does not lot of training to get used to it. You can easily navigate through features and functionalities.

What would you change about your experience with Paylocity?

Paylocity lacks communication between WebPay, BSwift and Pereless.The self service user interface needs to be developed more. The user interface still clunky a bit. Also time tracking clock in and out system needs to be reworked. Despite those there are not much to dislike or to mention over here. You can opt for a free trial or demo and have a full experience.

Overall Feedback

It has quite good payroll system which is called Web Pay. It can be integrated to most General Ledger and Accounts software packages. It has good reporting feature. Web Pay is a mature module on Payrolcity . It has a good free mobile application for Android devices. The customer service is quite responsive and ready to address issues about their product.
