Patrol-IT is an innovative solution for the management and monitoring of a mobile workforce in real time.

The system provides an ideal solution for various verticals including guard tour control, cleaning and maintenance of facilities, child and medical transportation, pickup & delivery and more.

The system is cloud based, user configuration and monitoring are performed on the web using a browser. Reporting from the field is done using an NFC compatible smartphone.

What was the best part about using Patrol-IT?

They are not lying by saying it is one of the most innovative solutions. The key benefit is the mobile/cloud-based solution which allows you to be completely mobile and track employees, routes, sites and everything else real-time straight from your mobile! In my book, that's all it takes to be one of the best services in this field!

What would you change about your experience with Patrol-IT?

For international clients, there could maybe be a more flexible support system, just to ensure there are no hold-ups when something is troubling you. That's not a huge problem though as in the end the software is so easy to manage that you won't be dialling the support number very often anyways.

Overall Feedback

It can't get any more simple than this and you are not likely to find a more flexible service. That makes it stand out and provides you immense support whereever you or your employees go. Even better, it can suit both the needs of smaller and bigger enterprises, therefore it can adapt to your needs perfectly.
