We have live support reps available by phone during extended business hours seven days a week (excluding holidays). We also have 24/7 monitoring to address any matters that may affect your business outside of the hours in which our partners typically have the most need for service. (more)

Yes and we're happy to send our API documentation to OvationTix partners who use APIs to better integrate OvationTix with their websites/CMS solutions mostly though others have used APIs for more customized functionality. (more)
