The ability to reprint the customer’s statements and the detail reports that show all information in dealing with customers is a huge timesaver. CMB has many different integration aspects. One excellent feature is that it integrates with ONLINE for collection services. EDS and bank drafts uploads are so much improved and time saving. Integration with Mobile Service Orders is great. With CMB, the service orders system is greatly improved. CMB keeps the history of each customer which is very useful. The entire collection process is very beneficial. CMB has numerous reports that are so helpful in balancing.

The worst part was the learning process because everything we were so used to doing drastically changed and it affected the entire office and all employees. Balancing was an issue at the beginning, but CSA has come to the rescue with all the updated balancing reports, which makes it a breeze to balance.

We have been on CMB for six years and have seen a lot of changes, enhancements and improvements that have made our work so much better. We appreciate the CSA staff for always being there for us when we have a need. They always go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Without CSA’s expertise CMB would just be another software package. Overall CMB is everything we need it to be and with the qualified CSA employees, they are always teaching and training our employees how to use CMB more efficiently.
