Based in Frankfort, Kentucky, Customware, Inc. has been providing business accounting and technology solutions for clients since 1985.
Customware began with a simple goal in mind—to provide solutions that work. Since that time, we have grown to become a full turnkey solution provider and a partner in the VAR channel. Our current client base reaches world-wide.
While the basic foundation of business processes may be similar, we realize that each company is unique, with their own business practices and needs, and we customize software and hardware environments to meet the specific needs of each client. As business technology consultants, we employ a five-phase approach to implement solutions for our clients: Due Diligence, Implementation Planning, Environment Preparation, Implementation & Training, and Ongoing Support.
Among the solutions we help our clients select and implement are accounting systems, vertical applications, eBusiness solutions, Internet connectivity solutions, office productivity software, custom programming solutions, hardware platforms, and local and wide-area networks. In addition to being resellers of Open Systems® and Traverse® Accounting Software for 30 plus years, we have also developed several specialized applications, including On-Time Web™, Barcoded Inventory System™, and Ad-Vantage™ Ad Placement Software.
Our staff includes software developers, hardware & networking technicians, business processing & IT consultants, and support personnel. Our software developers and technicians have almost 93 years of experience combined, and they are continually learning new programs, processes, software and equipment. Our back-office staff has comparable experience in office administration, accounting, customer service and consulting.
