Hello,
For our Voting Plugin customers, support is encouraged through our support forums as we have a team that monitors and takes care of plugin support there. For our customers that use our website development services, a simple call is the best. For both you can call or email though is absolutely necessary. If you are long distance, we can always set skype calls or if you are local we can meet in person. It all depends on the client and product.
