What was the best part about using NOTEbookS?
It is a nature of the business to have the continuous inward flow of information whether transaction or knowledge wise. It is important for a business to grow and maintain the momentum of going up and it relies on the most important records and information that a company or individual have gained. But it is not that easy, keeping the records with all the proper organizing of names, date, and classification is awefully hard, but now there is a system called NOTEbooks that makes your library organize in the easiest way. NOTEbooks is a natively integrated library automation system that is easy and a path that has an only low risk in research, acquisitions, serials management and cataloging. This information and records are stored in the company’s DOMINO, LOTUS NOTES, or SharePoint 2010 environments. Because NOTEbookS runs on existing Domino servers which could be local, hosted or SaaS based, most of the customers do not need additional hardware in order to run NOTEbookS. This system makes a good strategy for the company’s organizing the information and resources.
What would you change about your experience with NOTEbookS?
There has been no major issue about the systems performance, in fact, it is quite perfectly running. But NOTEbooks can do better than what they are doing now. Some improvements might be possible for this such as like additional platforms for the information to run directly with NOTEbooks. Organizing information and data play a major role in a business’ success and NOTEbooks can make all the possible improvements in the future where business’ can benefit too.
