What was the best part about using Nimble AMS?
The SaleForce CRM and Nimble AMS combination is an awesome, convenient solution for my AMS and CRM needs. I like how Nimble AMS’ open reporting and dashboards can be accessed by my staff to keep abreast of their roles within multiple projects and teams. In my organization, teams are staffed according to need and expertise. Consequently, one staff can easily be on two or more teams. This seamless integration and powerful search capability makes Nimble AMS a Godsend for both me and my staff.
What would you change about your experience with Nimble AMS?
Compatibility with my specific legacy or other existing AMS and CRM software is not mentioned. Import and export capabilities (i.e., excel, .csv, etc.) is not stated. If DIY is desired, API integration expertise is required. $250 is the monthly service fee, but to take full implementation, the minimum cost is $125,000 (average costs are $150,000 to $200,000). In order to fully take advantage of the SalesForce platform, extra packages must be purchased.
