What was the best part about using Nicereply?

NiceReply is a simple solution if you quickly and easily wants to get feedback about the quality of staff responses to clients. Even though its simple, it is still a complex application. You can put a link to a rating page in front of your email signature. That way you easily gets customers ratings of the service you provide. Its a good thing to use as motivation for helpdesk operators

What would you change about your experience with Nicereply?

Not much negative to say. If I must come up with something they can do better, then it must be that you can implement NiceReply with many other systems. And you can also make API, but the manual are complicated and far from easy to use. Here you need more than average data skills.

Overall Feedback

Nicereply is simple to use, but still a complex application. If you need a worktool for monitoring and improving customer satisfaction, then this is a great tool. You can getting started pretty quickly, because the setup is done rapidly. The price are pretty fair, when you compare what you get, with what you pay for.
