I like how NICE can take my customer service conversations, weed out the noise, and deliver me with the key factors I request to drive my sales. Whether it’s product type, seasonal, motivational, situational, geographic, or demographic metrics, NICE can glean the data from the mountains of customer recordings.
What would you change about your experience with NICE?
Most small companies usually do not have the volume of calls; or if they did, do not have the budget for a service like NICE. NICE is more appropriate for large companies like ebay. And given the scope of NICE technology and training, it is no surprise that customers must contact NICE for any pricing estimates.
