Hello there. I'm Jontathon Grantham, the founder of Nexoid. Our journey began six years ago, in 2017, with a simple IT consultancy that quickly evolved into a revolution in the world of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions.

My journey to Nexoid is a story woven with resilience, curiosity, and the resolve to bring change to an industry I saw was in need. My first brush with computers came at an early age, a gift from my mother to my father as he healed from a life-altering injury. This computer, which soon became mine, was my introduction to a world of infinite possibilities. A self-taught journey began that saw me diving into the intricacies of these machines and their capabilities. This early experience set the groundwork for Nexoid.

My career took me across continents, from business contracts in Australia to banking contracts in the UK. Each experience, each contract, painted a picture of an industry in need of change. I saw young, vibrant minds trapped in an old, outdated mindset. I realized that the IT people I encountered often seemed miserable, stuck in a firefighting mode with little room for personal and professional growth. I took these observations to heart, and they fueled my desire to make a difference.
