Needles FAQ

Needles, Inc. has developed an implementation/training curriculum and ongoing support to walk your firm through each step of the case management journey. In order to ensure that your system is properly set up and the correct procedures for handling information are put in place, each new Needles client must undergo initial training and implementation with a Certified Needles Training Consultant. Based on the size of your firm and the estimated complexity of your system design, the minimum number of training days and the method of recommended training will vary and will be at the discretion of the Needles Director of Training. The following numbers are estimated minimum requirements: Initial Training 1-5 Users: 3 Days 6-10 Users: 4 Days 11-20 Users: 5 Days 21-40 Users: 6 Days 41+ Users: Recommended number of days vary Daily Rate is $760 per day.
