Mozenda

The Customer Support! This experience has been better than my wildest dreams. Since we started using Mozenda our project has been TWO WEEKS ahead of schedule. That never happens with development projects!! And the Bosses have been expanding the scope like crazy! When one of the agents did need adjusting we discovered it on a Friday. I put in a ticket and expected to work on it Monday. The FABULOUS support fixed it over the weekend and had it prepped for the automatic batch Sunday night! I was greeted on Monday with the results instead of another thing I needed to work on. A HUGE shout out to my man Ben for going above and beyond my wildest dreams. With the amount he's helped us out, it's like having another developer on the team!

The reliability of the Agent Builder is the only thing to complain about. It likes to crash on me. To be fair, it is quite possibly user error. The reliability is probably a 2/5 rating but whenever I have a problem the support team is there to fix it and they have it going again usually within the day. So when examining the reliability of the whole Mozenda product, the support team really brings it up! The agent builder can crash all it likes as far as I'm concerned, as long as the agents get built!

I get a warm and fuzzy feeling working with Mozenda. I didn't realize it was possible to love a software vendor. It makes my life easier, takes stress out of my life, and is pleasant to talk to. The only thing it doesn't do is my laundry! Vendors don't usually offer this much support once you've paid them. It's like marrying the waitress only to find out she's actually a supermodel brain surgeon. It happens so infrequently that you didn't even have an expectation there for them to exceed. 11/10. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
