MOM4 is an Enterprise Content Management System based on ISO 62264 (ISA 95). NearSoft offering the necessary tools for implementing management initiatives such as Just-In-Time ( JIT ), Lean Six Sigma ( 6σ ), Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP ), etc.. MOM4 suite eliminates the need of buying and maintaining multiple costly and specialized software to meet the equivalent customer needs and to have the equivalent benefits that our standardized, yet highly customizable integrated suite provides in the fields of: • PDM – Operations Resource Management (materials, personal, equipment) • PLM - Products Production Rules (routings) • APS - Infinite Planning and creation of Working Orders and Material Lots • FCS - Scheduling, Optimization and Capacity Management • MES - Production Execution and Control • QMS - Quality Management and connection with Laboratory equipment • EAM - Assets and Maintenance Management • KPI - Management by means of Operational Key Performance Indicators The lines of integration are based on technical decisions, including the availability of installed systems, the cost of new ones, and integration of existing systems.

It is small, innovative company with limited financial resources. The products have few installations as it is a new collection of products, released in 2015. Target market is limited to Europe due to financial inability to market the product worldwide. The company needs to do more work of building a partner network abroad.

The system is ready for Industry 4.0, IIoT and Smart Manufacturing. Fully web based UI. The use of a CMS enables the customers to easily configure personalized web displays and reports, as well as to add new properties to S95 objects and new communication items, such as OPC tags. The communication between the products and with external systems is done using web services.
