Used FOR: Sales Force Automation Software in 2016

What was the best part about using MapAnything?

MapAnything is a great tool to use to get your tickets, contact details and the like tracked and monitored. We have been using Salesforce for quite a long time now and using MapAnything lets me get things better organized. We were able to track all important tickets we submitted and know the exact status of each ticket raised.

What would you change about your experience with MapAnything?

Just like in any other software, we found the software a bit complicated to handle. We experienced a lot of hurdles working on the software but after few usages we were able to master using the tool. The interface is not too easy to navigate thus our new hires are having a hard time in the beginning but not after few usages.

Overall Feedback

MapAnything is a perfect tool for us to ensure that all our tickets are getting responded and worked on in a timely manner. We were getting new delays after we use the software as we know exactly when do we need to follow up. This is definitely a great tool for us to establish better timelines for our projects.
