Map Business Online is designed for ease-of use and rapid implementation in a matter of a few hours. Anyone who uses Excel or web browsers on a regular basis should have little trouble with MBO. Honestly, much depends on the user's comfort with technology. We never hear from most users, thousands who simply start using the tool, accessing the included help and the videos.
