What was the best part about using Manatal?

Manatal is very easy to use and fits perfectly into our daily recruitment workflow. The candidate pipeline is clean and simple to manage, and the LinkedIn integration makes sourcing and enriching profiles much faster. I also like how easy it is to collaborate with teammates and assign roles or candidates without confusion.

What would you change about your experience with Manatal?

There are quite a lot of features so while the software is easy to use on the surface, some advanced features require some work to setup. That being said there are some great videos guides to make that process easier.

My experience with Manatal has been smooth and productive. It keeps everything organized from candidate tracking to client communication and saves time on repetitive tasks. It’s a solid platform that helps me stay focused on finding the right talent instead of dealing with admin work. Definitely a reliable choice for recruitment agencies like ours.

It's simple to use and reliable. Very useful search functions to locate the most qualified candidate for the position. Job board integrations.

What would you change about your experience with Manatal?

So far so good, being able to have multiple languages on our career page would be really beneficial to us.

What was the best part about using Manatal?

They offer an easy way to create and manage clients, everything can be done in just a few clicks, and even the resume-parsing takes only a split second. Also, another pro is the outstanding level of their customer service.

Manatal is a fantastic tool, and I just wish I had discovered it sooner rather than later.

No Thai language translation of the interface for the time being. Would be great if they added it.

What was the best part about using Manatal?

Has cut manual entry by a lot, all the while being very easy to use. Candidates apply on the career page and end up in the relevant job ready to be reviewed, or I simply drag-and-drop the resumes I receive and the system creates the candidate’s profile with all the important information. It's also very easy to narrow down on the best candidates in a large candidate database: add a job description to a job and the software automatically ranks candidates based on that description. Lastly, the latest GDPR update is extremely practical to gather data processing automatically from candidates!

What would you change about your experience with Manatal?

I would like to see them implement a multilingual career page. Currently we can post jobs, disclaimer, etc. in any language but the interface can only be in Spanish or English.

Highly recommended for any recruiter out there. The software was easy to learn so everyone in the team was operational after a few days only. The support and training provided is also great, there's a live chat in which you can ask your questions directly and they usually respond within minutes only.

What was the best part about using Manatal?

It is amazing to have the opportunity to construct a pipeline that is tailored to a particular job. We have the ability to set up an infinite number of pipelines and recruitment phases with just a few clicks of the mouse. We are able to customize our hiring processes to meet the requirements of each individual position since the entry-level, intermediate, and senior positions that we are looking to fill differ so greatly from industry to industry. Being able to make changes as needed is, therefore, a huge benefit to us.

What would you change about your experience with Manatal?

I'd like the search bar to apply for candidates who have been removed from the current pool of candidates but are still in the system for some reason. I'm not able to do that right now because I need to unarchive the candidates first before it can work.

Altogether, my experiences with Manatal's product and staff have been excellent. Incredible people who care about the success of my company as much as their own career growth. The product is top-notch and easy to use. The availability of robust features helped us boost our productivity and efficiency.

What was the best part about using Manatal?

Good value for money and fast customer support. Lots of tools: candidate scoring and recommendations, collaborative tools, automatic job posting, Gsuite integration, career page builder,etc. Everything for recruitment.

What would you change about your experience with Manatal?

The social enrichment requires a bit of manual input when candidates have common names, otherwise it works pretty well and we find the tool very useful. Other than that the deature we are hoping for is SMS messaging even though that's something we use less and less to communicate with candidates

Overall Feedback

We have used the software for over 6 months now and it really had a positive and noticable impact on our KPIs. We have more structured processes, a well organized and easily searchable database, collaboration with hiring managers inside the platform makes it so that we don't lose any emails or waste time, we also have a new career page to showcase our openings. Overall it has made our life easier but removing some of the most tedious elements of recruitment.

What was the best part about using Manatal?

Very good customer support. They are open to suggestions from customers. The platform is userfriendly and easy to understand. Holds all the tools needed to run a recruitment operation

What would you change about your experience with Manatal?

Some glitches can occur when creatin branded resume, depending on the format of the candidate's resume. I would also like more languages added for the UI, especially for the career page as it is now in english and spanish only

Overall Feedback

We digitized our recruitment processes using this software. It has eradicated all paper applications, helped harmonize and centralise all of our recruitment operations. Communications between the recruitment team and the hiring managers has also greatly imposed leading to a more efficient hiring process for everyone. Given it's price tag, I would say it's a must have for all HR departments that still don't have a recruitment solution

What was the best part about using Manatal?

1. There is no installation at all, simply log in, import your candidate resumes and you are good to go. 2. Very easy to build a good looking career page. 3. Overall well built, things are well organized and easy to use. 4. Great value for the price and good support team.

What would you change about your experience with Manatal?

More languages for the interface and the career page please! Not everyone in my team or in our applicants are as good in English as me. More languages would make things easier for many people and increase the reach of the program I think.

My company decided it was time to give up our old ways, using Excel for pretty much anything from tracking candidates to managing our candidate pool. Nobody regrets the change. The transition was very smooth and we are now so much more effective and organized.

What was the best part about using Manatal?

We were able to accomplish more in less time. Improve our collaborative workflows significantly in comparison to our old system, and provides a CRM so that we can now store all client and candidate information on a single platform. It has a superb user interface, which says a lot considering my lack of technical expertise.

What would you change about your experience with Manatal?

There should be scorecards in Manatal. We and our clients will benefit from a more collaborative candidate evaluation process and coordinated feedback.

Overall Feedback

Cost-effective recruiting software. It's an ATS and CRM. Customer service has always been responsive and provided free trainings when needed. One of the top recruiting tools.
