We can setup a database for a new client within one hour. Then we can train your front desk staff within 20 mins and back office staff within one hour. You would be running your club on ME within just a few hours. If you have data that needs to be converted/imported into Management Essentials we can usually get it done within 72 hrs. If you're an existing Quikchek client we can complete it within 48hrs or less. Most of our competitors takes 30-60 days or longer to do a data conversion. (more)

Our application was built around our clients needs. They are the experts so it's their feedback that provides us with a list of features that our users want. When we receive a suggestion from a client we review it to see if it would positively or negatively impact all of our clients. Most of the time it's a simple request that would make the jobs of those using the software more streamlined. If we post it on our Message board and the feedback is good then we'll add it. If the feedback is against the idea then we'll drop it. Our application was designed to fit into the molds of many businesses so we can customize it for almost any industry. It has a member/customer database, point of sale system, calendar, employee time clock, attendance system with 24 hr access door controllers, automated billing system for credit cards, invoices and check drafts, notes and reminders. We have users in the health club industry, off road vehicle parks, hospitals, apartment complexes, salons, parking lot maintenance and many others. (more)

Yes we offer training packages by the hour but you get 4 hours of training with the software purchase. We design with one concept in mind, "every task should be completed within 3 clicks or less." Most people start to pick up the phone to call support on the fourth click, so we decided to make sure anything you do can be completed in 3 clicks or less. Most users are comfortable within a few hours of use on the first day. We believe we have the simplest interface ever created. (more)

We do have an API that allows users to build an interface whether it be an app or web interface to pull data in and view it. We are also willing to add features upon request. (more)
