MaintScape support provides for unlimited contacts by phone or email. We use web meeting technology to view a customer's screen and assist with questions. MaintScape support also provides for all available upgrades at no additional cost, including our assistance in installing the upgrade. Four months of MaintScape support is included with every new MaintScape license, thereafter the annual cost is 15% of the license price (initial cost plus subsequent upgrades). (more)
