MailChimp

I had a lot of trials with similar tools before and I have to admit that Mailchimp was my best choice. Even if I was a newbie it was quite easy to use it and I loved that I had to choose between several templates and use them for free. Moreover, the analytics which are provided for email campaigns are very helpful!

I don’t think that Mailchimp has many drawbacks but I will mention some of my demands. I would prefer to have the opportunity to send more emails simultaneously as I frequently have big lists of clients thus I lose precious time. Also, as I am used to send images, it would be perfect if they include auto-resize as it forces me to do it manually.

Mailchimp is optimal for small and medium companies. It helps you keep your clients informed and it gives you the opportunity to evaluate your campaigns. The customer service should be more reactive and it may add a phone number for immediate customer care. However, I totally recommend it despite its tiny drawbacks!
