What was the best part about using LiveChat?

LiveChat is very good product, it's well designed and easy to use. It has valuable features and basic help desk options. LiveChat has unique ticketing system . Offline messages have different statuses (open, pending or solved). LiveChat has different add-ons to extends its capabilities. Of course it features marketing automation. It can be integrated with third party CRMs platforms. They claim to be a solution for any kind of business.

What would you change about your experience with LiveChat?

Some extended integration are still missing but still you can opt of different integration. LiveChat is quite easy to use. Dashboard can be little bit confusing. It can be considered bit expensive for small businesses. It features developers section with plenty of options. There are not much to report on LiveChat

Overall Feedback

LiveChat is quite simle and it has few steps for registration. It has plenty of options for customization. I would recommend LiveChat to everyone. They are quite good , veery responsive and always ready to help. You can easily signup for a free trial to test their prodcut. It can be easily integrated to many business' products. And if you are out you can still access LiveChat through your mobile device which quite good. They have mobile application for all kind of devices. You can learn how to use it through tutorials, and webinars.
