What was the best part about using LiveChat?

The best part about this tool is that the instructions on setting it up and installation of the software is easy and user-friendly. The web-interface is helpful with the information place and it works for small to mid-size companies. The functionality of the widget can be seen visibly which adds to its user-friendly structure.

What would you change about your experience with LiveChat?

The part that is seemingly worst at this is that, at first, there is difficulty on how to manipulate or navigate the tool but after some exploration and observation, it is easy to use. The trick is that you just have to use it more often and familiarize yourself to where the other icon is.

Overall Feedback

Though this is a great tool for small to mid-size companies, the price of this tool is a bit expensive. But I think that large businesses can handle the price. Just try on using this tool, explore its features and observe. Maybe this will catch your attention and might be great for the business that you have.
