What was the best part about using LiveChat?

This is you can say a customer service software where customer can have live chat with the employers or the management of the organization. Its a tool that develops the CRM data as when a customer give a call for chat its all insights can be covered easily by asking him the details. This is passive way to have more positive relationship building by satisfying the customer.

What would you change about your experience with LiveChat?

LiveChat provides the opportunity to the user to leave the comments or to write about the good features, customer may ask the usage of the products from the employees of the enterprise by having a close chat. This is good but expensive for the organizations and not as reliable as it should be. Can create sudden loss of chat during working may be because of load of chats.

Live chat to the employees of the company is a smart feature that is not provided by all software. LiveChat is activity to have CRM by answering the question to the users in a smart way and have the data of the customer for further relationship. Organizations never want to loss the relationship as they have to sale their product to the same customer. Customer can give feedback of the product by having live chats or the complaints too.
