What was the best part about using LiveChat?

Except for its free trial, I want this software because it is easy to use and their paying method is also easy, I just need to paste a piece of code onto my website and it's ready to go. I also want their tools and feature like for example they have an optional if either you want to show the company logo or don’t, and can add some social media account like facebook.

What would you change about your experience with LiveChat?

The price is a little bit high than other software offers this kind of service, also I can’t see the name and email address in my site, it would be great if they add some tools to see it. Except for that I don’t see issues and bugs to its apps.

Overall Feedback

Livechat is good and reliable regarding to how they handle calls and questions, I say I will give this a score 8 out of 10. This is good for people like me who have bad accents or bad line, they will take care your chat and calls so you will get rextra time to the other jobs.
