What was the best part about using LiveChat?

Livechat has many great and unique features and facilities available among them I like integration part, I like it allows integration with multiple third party application to run your work smoothly. other part I like is its feedback, clients can give quick feedback, fill up after chat surveys, open tickets, send comments for chat, etc. This is very helpful for upper management and analytical team to analyze how support team is working and what impact they have on their valuable clients.

What would you change about your experience with LiveChat?

well, I have not seen any other tool which provides so many features for customer support software. S for my opinion this is the tool with fantastic features and facilities. I am not saying that there is no other tool which can beat it, but I have not seen any other tool which can beat it in context to facilities and features. at least no other in my knowledge is better than this tool.

LiveChat is an online customer service software. You can customize your chat view, you can engage your customers with automatic greetings and personal greetings. Send automatic greetings to customers or prospects when they visit website. It provides facility to integrate with multiple third party apps like google analytics, FB, salesforse, dropbox, wordpress, mailchimp, etc. It is very interesting and complete package for you to implement for your business.
