What was the best part about dealing with Leverage Marketing?
This was one of the companies we contacted for pay per click advertising management in particular though they offer a wide variety of services. I first noted that this company does a lot of help in their community which I think is great. Seeing this adds value to their offer in my opinion perhaps not directly but showing they care beyond the bottom line goes a long way in my opinion. I contacted them to learn more about their pay per click advertising management for our ecommerce based startup. I like that they are results based and offer tailored plans. They offer analytics, Adwords and Google Analytics certification, score tracking, CRM analytics integration, retargeting, predictive bidding, Adwords script automation and competitive research which was terrific. And a top Better Business Bureau rating is refreshing to see as it can be tricky to find reputable, trustworthy search engine optimization and digital marketing agencies. Tim and Stan were kind of enough to jump on the phone with me and go over some preliminary details about their company and methodology. And I have great respect for their approach. They're very confident in their ability as well as very results and conversions based which is great.
What would you change about your experience with Leverage Marketing?
Unfortunately, this company does not meet a lot of my presales criteria though I have been in contact with them and learned more. The content on the website itself is quite thin without a lot much of an educational component for prospects just learning the industry. They do outline their methodology though which I appreciate. But they don't offer guaranteed work on the website which I can see currently. There are also know case studies for any of their services such as PPC sample reports, verifiable proof of SEO rankings or anything at all to direct show results and performance examples to prospects prior to reaching out to them.
I wish they offered a self serve portal which clients can log in to determine their progress whenever rather than only on a monthly call. But as long as this call doesn't include negative surprises. I like that they will put you in touch with the staff doing the actual work on your campaign. This is one way I've noticed they differentiate themselves from the competition. They required a twelve month commitment typically though they are willing to work with you if you're a start up, for example. So I appreciate the flexibility. Their PPC management fees were mentioned to be about the industry average which is very fair. But they are open to a flat rate as well, once again based on the situation which is great to know. They have a focus on analysis, conversion rate optimization and utilize multi-variate testing and heat mapping as example of how to adapt campaigns for greater performance. They are all about creating results from this data and that's definitely what a prospect wants to hear. Overall, we have gone a different direction based on our limited budget though this is a legitimate, trustworthy company and I have no doubt they can get results for your business.
