The thing I like best about LevelEleven is that it's very easy for end users both to use the software and to perform a great part of setup themselves. The software is built up with the help of separate modules, so you can install only the ones you need. Though the software focuses on a contest, it's the main idea is to bring team members together and not to separate them even further.

The installation is a bit cumbersome and the instructions provided on the site are sometimes unclear or misleading. To be on the safe side it's better to get help with the implementation from the support team. The software is relatively new, so the future will show if the development goes into the right direction.

LevelEleven is a nice tool that is easy and fun, yet efficient to use. It's really simple to create contests and to follow up your progress towards the goals (daily and monthly) using the Scorecard feature. The main aim of the software is to engage your sales team members and unite their efforts in order to achieve better overall results and increase sales activity both on short and long terms. The gamification is always fun and it gives our sales reps additional motivation and a better understanding of what the focus should be on. Level Eleven is a new software on the market and is still developing. Hopefully, it will only be better with the new releases.
