Hello, sorry to hear that you are not currently getting the info that you need. Our technology starts gathering info from the moment the lead pixel is in place, and unfortunately it is not possible to insert historical data, as the records are essentially log files and made up of millions of data-points, including timestamps. Thank you for your question.
LeadBoxer works well from a tablet, although some functionality is limited.
For example, from a phone you cannot create filters or new smartlists. You can however access the existing smart-lists. Filters are the way we automate (towards an implementation of AI) the process of identifying interesting leads and, more importantly, automate the process of informing you when, for exanple, a lead from the Automotive Industry, located in the US has looked at your pricing page twice in the last week.

At the moment we do not offer a full white label option, however our reseller edition has the option to add customer or agency logo's to the interface. Our API can also be used to integrate the data we have into any default or custom based reporting tools.
