The best thing about Lead411 is email tracking. You can integrate Lead411 with Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and Hotmail. You can import and export your contacts using csv files which are not offered by other Salesforce tools. Platform is easy to use and user friendly. You can easily navigate to its other sections just by using tabs. The reporting is perfect. You can select reports based on your requirements. You can also customized those reports easily.

The worse thing about Lead411 is poor customer support. It causes me slowness issue while using it's app on my mobile. I have raised a query regarding to that performance issue. But did not get reply yet. Lead411 team needs to improve in this area. Apart from poor Customer Support, it is a great tool for salesforce automation. You can automate your marketing and Sales activities using Lead411 very efficiently.

Lead411 made Contact management very easy. It allows to manage your contacts very efficiently. You can add new contacts manually. it also provides the ability to import and export your contacts in the form of csv files. Interface is easy to use as compared to other competitors. Dashboard is perfect. Price is a little bit higher looking at other salesforce automation tools. Overall rating is good apart from poor Customer support
