There is no doubt that it is convenient, easy to use and provides you the most updated depiction of your business. The thing I love the most about Launchpad is its accessibility. I can access it from anywhere in the world at any time on any device.

Despite of the fact that the customer support team is very responsive, but I still have a complaint, and I believe it is the logging issue. The time frame should be increased, the system logout so quickly. Re input the logging credentials are such a headache. I don’t know why on earth they did not test this functionality before launching

As far as overall feedback is concerned I guess the software is superb. It has got quite cool features which are so impressive for instance email feature is quite user friendly, business to business database and delivering targeted emails are certainly some good features. Last but not the least, customer support is just far from one email. The customer support team is really brisk.
