Launchpad

One of the biggest assets of Launchpad is the extremely easily comprehensive user interface that doesn’t need extensive learning either – everything is straightforward. Clean and accurate prospect data all at one place makes your back-office workflow much more efficient. Thanks to knowledgeable customer support you are also always in good hands as all the worries will be taken care of right away.

The main issue with Launchpad is the logging. Quite frankly to say, the system logs out very quickly and I wish that timeframe would be increased. Besides that, it would be rather nice to get to manage all accounts at once. Instead, right now we need to constantly log in and out between the accounts which is a bit redundant and inconvenient.

All-in-all, Launchpad has brought with its’ innovative platform many perks, enhancing our performance and workflow immensely. Though the logging issue is a bit annoying, I am sure the technical team will solve it soon as with any other issues – that is also some of the greatest perks to consider as not all can compare to similar level of efficiency with customer support.
