The platform of this software is easy to use, I like the way I can have both email and postal data in one place. It makes the life easier and makes me look good every single day. Unlike much other software, the learning curve was relatively easy. Clean and accurate prospect data. It has an easy to use platform. The support service was knowledgeable, reliable, good and fast to respond. Most of the tools for which I needed it were very user friendly.

The only thing that I don’t want is how quickly the system logs you out. It would be nice not to have to re-input login credentials each time. This would be good if we can able to more easily manage the accounts that reside under ours without logging out and then back in. So far, I don't have any complaints aside from that. The customer support is only an email away and they are very responsive.

Launchpad is very easy to use but reliable. It allows you to order the exact lists you need in a very timely manner. Launchpad is user friendly and packed with good tools and features. The B2B database is impressive and allows delivering targeted emails based on segments like company size and specific titles. The online support has also been wonderful.
