What was the best part about working with Landis Communications Inc. (LCI)?

I worked as a freelance writer on numerous assignments with Landis Communication. It can be hard to step into a project, especially if you're unfamiliar with the client or subject matter. The people at LCI are great project managers. They shared their knowledge and pertinent information with me, anticipating what I'd need to do the best job possible. They were also completely available if I had any questions as I was researching or writing. Their deadlines and expectations were totally realistic. I really felt like we were partners in turning out the best possible product. Not only were their clients pleased, so was their contractor!

What would you change about your experience with Landis Communications Inc. (LCI)?

Crowd Reviews says I have to complete this section, but really, I found nothing wrong with working with Landis Communications, Inc. I think I didn't say much about the "heart" part above. David, Sean and everyone I've met at LCI has lots of it. They have solid values are really committed to community activities. These folks walk the walk.

Overall Feedback

If Landis Communications is this good to work for, I can only imagine how good they are from a client's perspective. No wonder they were just named America's #1 PR Firm (okay, "Small Firm") and #1 Healthcare PR Firm. They provide great, thoughtful, timely service and treat everyone -- not just their clients -- with respect.

From developing social media marketing, content marketing and digital marketing strategies, to providing branding, positioning and crisis communication counsel, at LCI they do it all. They specialize in industries including Technology PR, Healthcare PR and Digital PR. If I had to look for somebody in the Bay Area I would ring at their door.

What was the best part about dealing with Landis Communications Inc. (LCI)?

LCI is an extremely professional firm. We ourselves are located in Hamburg, Germany, and have worked with them a couple of times. It was always smooth and seamless. We have both the same attitude: making the client happy by results. I like especially their PRomised Results© program that provides tangible ROI metrics for every marketing communications initiative.

What would you change about your experience with Landis Communications Inc. (LCI)?

If there was something to write about I would do but there are no bad parts in this agency. They really look for the best for their clients. They are so responsive all the time. They are able to do small and big jobs. Their staff is veryy dedicated. Sorry, nothing negative to say.

What was the best part about dealing with Landis Communications Inc. (LCI)?

There were so many wonderful components to working with LCI. Not only is the staff hugely competent and enthusiastic, but the company was all about assisting our non-profit (the ZATA Project which raises funds through art auctions to fight AIDS in Zimbabwe) to have the best auction EVER in downtown San Francisco. David Landis and the staff were so very professional in planning this event and in getting the word out throughout the Bay area. We raised tens of thousands of dollars and those critical funds were sent to both the AIDS program at the University of Zimbabwe but also to an AIDs orphanage in Harare that is managed by the University of California San Francisco faculty. I enjoyed the entire experience and used the knowledge I received from the staff in the other 20 art auctions ZATA has run since that time. A million thanks to LCI!

What would you change about your experience with Landis Communications Inc. (LCI)?

I really can't think of any problems or downsides in working with David Landis and the staff. They were always supportive and no task was too small for them to perform on our behalf. I would use them again for another auction anytime: I will be forever grateful for their help as well as their compassion towards the AIDS epidemic in Africa.,

I was thoroughly impressed with LCI and grateful. I am not a P.R. professional, but have worked with several throughout my career. LCI is heads and shoulders above them under any measurement system. Any business or non-profit would be lucky to have them steering the P.R. ship. I understand that they have recently added a good marketing team to their business and I hope to work with that component soon.

What was the best part about dealing with Landis Communications Inc. (LCI)?

As a marketing professional, I have worked with and recommended clients to Landis Communications for years. Because they are strategic in their planning and execution, they were the perfect complement to my client's public relations needs. They understand the need for results-oriented programs with defined strategies, objectives and tactics. They have demonstrated results in a variety of markets including real estate, financial services, retail, education and consumer technology.

What would you change about your experience with Landis Communications Inc. (LCI)?

There really is no worst part about dealing with Landis Communications. They put together the appropriate team to work with a variety of clients. They are very good about establishing defined goals and objectives and then meeting them. They did so in a timely and professional manner. Clients are delighted with the results.

Landis Communications was always my recommendation to clients for their public relations needs. They complemented my marketing programs by adding a strategic, results-oriented public relations component. Several clients went on to retain them for their public relations needs. They continue to stay abreast of current mediums, technologies, and trends to best serve their clients.
