Kronos seems like the ideal program for any business owner, but with all the possibilities and the program’s complexity, it seems to be more of an outing for bigger companies with couple of thousand employees. I do love its’ automation that takes the complexity out of everyday work, but from now and then I feel it is too „big“ for our business.

Kronos makes a very good companion of itself to any manager – it is full-cloud, fully automated and makes your staff run like a well-oiled machinery. Though it feels sometimes as too big and a waste when not used in bigger corporations, it is actually very useful and good tool for any business owner!
