For example, I've heard that many times managers have trouble using the system and Adobe freezes. However, others have claimed that updates are made all the time to the program that fixes glitches as they occur.

Kronos creates an excellent new interface, with extreme improvements to primary screens for easy use. Kronos is fantastic for larger corporations and companies because of the massive database and abilities. Although, Kronos does have a program better for smaller companies.
