What kind of pricing structure does Klaros-Testmanagement have? Is there a minimum contract we need to sign?

First of all there is a free community version available.
Information about the differences between the community and the enterprise version can be found here:
http://www.klaros-testmanagement.com/en_US/feature-matrix
If the community edition fits your needs, there are no costs at all, except if you need support.
Regarding the pricing structure, there is detailed information and a calculator on the web page, where you can select between On-Premise and On-Demand(cloud based) installation and the amount of Users.
It will then calculate the price directly and also list the price for extending your support period after the first year is over.

Finally, you can request a free 30 days trial key to test out the features of the enterprise version and see if Klaros-Testmanagement fits your needs.

Hi, we are typically releasing updates to our software every 3 to 4 weeks.
The last major version has been version 4.5.0 which has been released in May 2016.
