Kinesis Survey

Kinesis Survey could provide users with ease in creating online survey forms, collating data use for research or marketing purposes. I like that they offer us ease in getting and collating information from our target market very fast and smooth thus giving us opportunity to deliver our customers’ expectation in a very fast manner.

If there is anything I dislike about Kinesis it could be the learning curve using the software. It took us time to completely understand all functionalities of the software. They do have great customer service anyway thus not a big deal but if there is a chance they could work on improving the interface of the software then that would definitely be great.

This helped us a lot in giving our customers great customer service, why? The ability for us to get enough information through the surveys we collect using Kinesis helped us to identify which are the factors we need to work on to ensure that we provide our clients what is best for them. This is a real robust tool that could satisfy your requirements.
