Despite Key Survey’s extensive feature set (like HTML coding support, CSS support, multiple plug-ins and tools, easy copying, fast loading etc) is remarkable, it’s still not overly complex and is easily comprehendible at first site. With it’s functionality it’s no doubt you can cover all your basic needs and then some, while their high-quality technical support is there for you all the time. Thanks to it’s mobile integration, it’s even more usable in daily life. All-around great!

As much as there is to love about Key Survey, there are a couple of cons to point out. The most significant of these are related to its usability: for example, preloading data can be tricky and a little glitched out. I’ve also experienced not all mobile templates to work fully-responsively on all devices – it needs some tweaks. Here and there are some minor bugs that could be just a personal issue according to a device. It’s just a little heads up.

Thanks to Key Survey’s extensive feature set, it’s the perfect tool for any enterprise, no matter if entry-level or not. It functions relatively error-freely, but even if there occurs any issues, extremely friendly customer service is always there to resolve such issues right away. I find the program to be greatly helpful and a reliable tool in long-term perspective.
