What was the best part about dealing with Ker Communications?

Honesty! Nick was very straightforward and he spent a lot of time debunking myths I had been sold by the SEO gurus I hired before. I was still a little skeptical since now it sounded almost like there was nothing to do. But there was! It became obvious that the company I hired before did not do much of anything to optimize the site. They just built links and they were spam. The Ker Communications team cleaned those up and fixed a few hundred "minor" issues with the website that the other company never bothered to fix. Eliminating spam and really optimizing the site and the content we already had made such a difference. Now we have hired Ker Communications to help us move forward with some real content marketing to expand our reach even further.

What would you change about your experience with Ker Communications?

The worst part was finding out that our previous SEO company had ripped us off badly.

Nick is a persistent troubleshooter and it is clear that he has a strong drive to fix anything that is not working as it should. My trust in online business is restored!
