What was the best part about using Kayako?

Kayako has a platform with the lot of features that caters in and around of entire requirements of the users. SLA warnings help us to update each and every ticket without leaving anything in a busy day. They have provided reporting for even things which we haven't expected so it's a software where we need to utilize it more than what we have utilized now.

What would you change about your experience with Kayako?

It's tuff for me to find a mistake on their part since they are continuously updating the software with new features and fixing anything that they suspect before the user could find it. They are more actively engaged with the Kayako so it will be the excellent time for a user to enjoy an awesome experience in using the software.

Overall Feedback

Kayako gives the most excellent features with the smart ticket support system. And it will be a step forward than its competitors in each and every area which you can imagine. It's helped us to find out the area / department where our customers use to spend most of the time in getting a solution for their queries.
